☻ Due to the limited quantity in each collection - we will not be allowing exchanges. You are welcome to request a refund & repurchase the item if you need a different size. 

☻ To return an item + receive a refund - you must complete the following steps

 

1. If you receive your item & you are not 110% in love with it - you have 10 days from the date your item is picked up/delivered to request a return

2. To request a return - you must send us an email at 11.23clothing@gmail.com with the following information

Your name + name of the item you purchased, size, purchase date, why you would like to return it, how you would like to return the item (drop off or ship)

3. Once the request has been accepted, you have 10 days from the date of acceptance to return the item back to the company. If you picked up locally - you must return it at the designated pick up time for the week. If you had the item shipped - you will be responsible for shipping it back to the headquarters.

4. Once we receive the item - we will issue a 100% refund to the original method of payment

 

☻ If the item(s) show any signs of wear/tear upon return - we will not be able to approve a refund

☻  All sale/clearance items are final
